We provide all Local Authority Searches, Environmental, drainage and other reports required by Conveyancers. We have built excellent relationships with the Land Charges departments throughout London especially having worked in Land Charges at the Council for 10 years which gives us excellent knowledge and a greater understanding of your Conveyancing needs.
We have established ourselves in the Property Search industry as one of the independent firms and we believe in personal service and building long term relationships with our clients. We pride ourselves in offering high standards of customer care and are a One Stop Shop for the conveyancing process from quotation to completion. Whitefield Legal Services has been a member of IPSA for 15 years and have received immense support and training in Local authority searches and whilst building excellent relationships with IPSA Members. All our reports are back by £2 million professional indemnity insurance and approved in line with PCCB regulations.
